Acute Phase of Care

Many people initially go to a chiropractor because they are experiencing pain, discomfort, or weakness.  These symptoms frequently appear only after a disease process has become advanced.  For example, consider a cavity in your tooth.  Does it hurt when it first develops or only after it has become serious?  Regardless of whether you are talking about cancer, heart disease, diabetes, stress, or problems with the spine, pain is usually the last thing to appear.

While you are in the Acute Phase of care, our main goal is to assist your body in the reduction of your symptoms.  Depending on the severity of your condition, this may require daily visits for a few weeks.  Many patients exhibit a significant improvement between 6-12 visits.  When you begin chiropractic care, pain is usually the first symptom to disappear, even though much of the underlying condition remains.  At this time, Dr. Eric Krebs will transition you into the Corrective Phase of Care.

My name is Amanda, a new mom, and I can't tell you how thankful I am for Dr Krebs and the Webster technique.
